The Barn features:  $2,500/day

                                   $3,500 for 2 days

  • 4,000 square  foot building 

  • Full Kitchen

  • Galvanized Metal wall with lights behind sheer curtains perfect for a photo prop or behind cake table

  • Bridal suite with lounge area

  • 17 acres, pond and beautiful country scenery

  • 2 Ceremony sites, Barn site and pond site

  • Outdoor Silo perfect for bar set up or even pictures

  • The Barn is a perfect place for Bridal and Engagement pictures 

Available Add-Ons:

  • Party Room: $150

  •       Room located in Metal Decor' Building is great                space for Rehearsal Dinner, or additional room for  getting ready

  • Bartender: $250

    • Licensed bartender with experience provided by The Bar { Must Use Barn certified Bartender}

  • Frozen Drink Machine: $100

  •  Can be use for Frozen Margaritas, daiquiris, or coke icees or frozen Lemonade. 

  • 2 Cabins: $150 each, per night​

  •  2 Bedroom with Queen Beds, Full Bathroom, Living room and Kitchen with Full Fridge, microwave and coffee pot. 

  • Decorations/Floral: $650

  • Included: candles, candle holders, votives, lanterns, signs, easels, drapery for the arbor, several cake stands, charcuterie boards and much more

  • Includes: many silk flowers, greenery, rings, garland and much more

  • Big Items to use as background or photo props such as a Floral Ring, Green Board, Octagon, Cross, and a few more. 

  • Tablecloths: $300​

  • Variety of colors available​ { You will have to steam before use}

  • Tableware: $800

  • Includes: gold or silver charges, dinner plates, cloth napkins, cloth tablecloths and dinner glasses for up to 200 guests. Price includes cleaning of all tableware.

  • NOT Included: plates for cake/dessert, silverware for dinner OR cake/dessert

  • Available Add-Ons Cont'd​

  • Tables and Chairs: $200

  •  Includes up to 200 brown indoor chairs, 25 round tables for use inside barn along with up to 200 white folding chairs for outdoor ceremony. 

  • Coordinator: $1000

  •    Includes planning of wedding, directing of set up, rehearsal and wedding day

  • Food Staff: $400

  •    Staff will keep food and drinks filled, cake cut,          and food served if desired

  • Setup Fee  $500  

  •      Includes set up of tables, chairs {inside and out}, steaming the tablecloths and putting on tables, decorations, outdoor chairs, arbor decorations, etc.

  •  Cleanup Fee $500

  •   Includes all clean up of trash inside the Barn including  kitchen and silo area. Breakdown of decorations, chairs and tables for event.​ ** Does not include outside trash pickup. Ex cans, trash, cigarette butts, etc. You will be responsible, ***

  • Custom Floral Decorations: Price varies on how many pieces are needed. Can be anything needed including Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, centerpieces, arbor pieces or other floral decorations requested. 

  • Golf Cart Service: Chauffeur Driver available 1 hour before ceremony and 1 hour after ceremony.
